Responsibilities

With a reputation for transparency, flexibility and highly focused on being able to deliver with excellence, Artialis is looking for a Technological Platform Scientist (TPS) available immediately. The TPS will be in charge of the technological platform unit and will be responsible for scientific analyses performed in Artialis’s laboratory (ELISA testing) and provided by external partners (-omics).

Your function
  • Acting as analytical Manager, you supervise ELISA testing activities, including respect of SOPs, team management, Analytical plan writing, data QC and approval, Analytical report writing and archiving
  • You ensure the global management of the laboratory, including operations and equipment with the laboratory technicians. You ensure a follow-up of the raw material and supplies necessary for operation of the laboratory
  • You ensure development, validation and implementation of innovative tools and methods according to appropriate regulations and client’s need, whether in house or with subcontractors
  • You ensure the selection and continued management of providers of new processes, technologies or products
  • You ensure timelines of scientific analyses are respected according to the client offer and in close collaboration with the preclinical and clinical Units.
  • You establish offers and contracts to clients in close collaboration with the executive team
  • You lead research projects (National or European level), including project writing, funding, operational and reporting activities
  • You ensure the smooth progress of scientific projects or studies
  • You ensure scientific interpretation of data
  • You ensure scientific dissemination and communication
  • You ensure implementation and maintenance of Artialis’ clinical standard operating procedure (SOP) linked to the technological platform in close collaboration with the QA officer
  • You ensure the maintenance of an efficient quality level in the laboratory in compliance with WHO GCLP
  • You stay updated on technological advances and industry trends, and advise the
  • executive team in scientific matters

Profile

  • PhD in Life Sciences
  • Strong scientific background in Immunoassays and -omics techniques
  • GCLP, GLP, GCP knowledge
  • Previous experience in a similar position or in project management is an asset
  • Fluent in French/English (written and spoken)
  • The ideal candidate will also have knowledge in clinical trial imaging
