Responsibilities
Perform ELISA, Western-Blot, qPCR experiments according to SOPs and following GCLP guidelines
Culture cell lines and primary cells
Sample and material logistics; biobanking
Ensure that test results are properly encoded following GCLP guidelines
Histological sectioning (paraffin) and macroscopical examinations of tissue samples; handling of rodents
Contribute to the review/preparation of SOPs and/or study documents
Maintenance of laboratory equipment
Stock keeping, follow-up of raw material, and complete purchase orders
Data analysis and interpretation, monitoring of assay performance and troubleshooting
Profile
Bachelor in Life Sciences or closely related fields
First experience working in a lab environment (internships in Biotech / Pharma/ Academia) using standard lab techniques (ELISA, Western Blot, qPCR)
Willing to work with animals; Felasa B/C is a plus
Experience with cell cultures and histology/ immunohistochemistry/ immunofluorescence is a plus
Experience with sample and/or material logistics is a plus
Fluent in French (written and spoken), English (written)
Soft skills
Willingness to integrate a small structure where versatility and flexibility are key factors
Responsible attitude, rigor, multitasking
Ability for quick adaptation and autonomy
Excellent communication, organizational and scheduling skills
Good analytical skills
